Do you know a young person or child (5-17 years old) who has heavy caring responsibilities for a parent or sibling due to illness, disability, learning difficulty or a drug or alcohol misuse problem?

The project can offer the young carer:
- Regular clubs and outings to meet others in similar positions
- Counselling
- Access to respite care workers
- Support with school related issues including non-attendance, bullying and schoolwork
- Specialist support for young carers with high needs and/or affected by substance misuse or are from an ethnic minority group
- Ongoing individual and practical support for high need and primary young carers and their families
