Comments, Suggestions or Complaints

Barnet Carers Centre aims for the services that it provides to be of excellent quality, but sometimes things can go wrong. If they do, we need to know about them to enable us to put them right and learn for the future.

 

We will enable people making a complaint to access a system that is transparent and fair and we will settle all complaints fairly, as quickly as possible and with respect including maintaining confidentiality and an individuals’ right to privacy.

 

Barnet Carers Centre operates a 3 stage complaints system.  If an issue cannot be resolved at the first stage, it will proceed to the next stage and so on.  We will give you time limits for all our responses, but sometimes complicated complaints may take longer to investigate.  If they do, we will let you know and provide you with new time frames in which to receive a response.

 

At each stage written records of discussions will be kept by Barnet Carers Centre and the outcome of each stage will be confirmed in writing to those concerned.
